Terms of Service

User service agreement governing the use of Vuken's wallet management platform. Please read carefully before creating an account.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vuken platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Vuken reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must register an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Anonymous Use

Vuken does not require identity verification. We collect only your email address for authentication purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws.

3.3 Account Security

You agree to:

Use a strong, unique password
Notify Vuken immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Not share your account credentials with any third party

4. Description of Service

Vuken provides a self-custody cryptocurrency wallet management platform that allows users to:

Create and manage TRON-network wallet addresses
Execute token withdrawals and fund collection tasks
Integrate on-chain event notifications via Webhooks
Access wallet functionality through a REST API (Developer subscription required)
Generate Cashier payment links for sub-addresses

Vuken is a non-custodial service. We do not hold, store, or control your private keys or digital assets. All on-chain operations are executed at your explicit instruction.

5. User Obligations

You agree not to use the Service to:

Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity
Circumvent any sanctions programs or applicable financial regulations
Violate the intellectual property rights of Vuken or any third party
Transmit malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise disrupt the Service
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent

6. Fees and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription (e.g., Sub Address management). Fees are denominated in TRX and are billed on-chain on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Vuken reserves the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable advance notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, interfaces, content, and trademarks associated with the Service are the exclusive property of Vuken or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or business purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VUKEN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

CRYPTOCURRENCY TRANSACTIONS ARE IRREVERSIBLE. VUKEN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM USER ERROR, NETWORK FAILURES, OR THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VUKEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VUKEN'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
